blake & sarah get hitched!

blake and sarah began dating senior year of high school & 8 years later, they tied the knot this past weekend in iron station, north carolina.

the rehearsal dinner was at oehler's mallard creek bbq in this rustic barn which painted the perfect picture for a country wedding. white lights, white tulle, and other romantic decor are one of my favorite looks for a wedding celebration.

on saturday, we all traveled up to the tiny city of iron station to vesuvius vinyards, which is nestled away in the middle of trees, grapevines, and a small creek running behind this old country white house. it had been raining most of the day, but luckily it cleared up around 4:30 pm as the wedding was outdoors. blake and sarah exchanged vows under a white tent with about 130ish witnesses and there weren't many dry eyes in the area.

the reception was also held at this venue, which i loved. a few steps up was an open space with such romantic touches and hints of coral & turquoise, which were the wedding colors. i know, i know, here are the pictures.

how cute are the colors, right? and don't even get me started on that white chocolate popcorn. it was to die for. i loved her bridal portrait set up and the hymnal book cutout to spell love. now for a few familiar faces...

the wedding was such a fun celebration of the start of their next chapter & i'm so glad i got to experience it! cheers to a wedding weekend!
