i love cranberry for fall. cranberry & navy have been the colors on my radar. these pants from old navy are absolutely the most comfortable pants i've owned. in fact; every pair of pants i have from there are amazing.
my two new obsessions? boot socks & layering with stripes. these free people boot socks are worn almost weekly paired with some tall boots. i love the extra look they give to the outfit and it's so simple! not to mention your feet stay warm too.
stripes are quickly becoming something i invest in for layer purposes. it adds such a hint of pattern play to an outfit and i love love love this striped thin turtle neck under this poncho.
so now onto the epic fail of the leaf throwing. y'all ready for this? i reviewed the pictures and cringed at myself. but hey, what fun is a blog if you don't make fun of your failures? see for yourself...
basically you have me in a ready, set, go position, but you don't see any leaves falling. hmm was it the blogger or was it the photographer?? (AHEM, lee.)
i'm totally joking; i'm lucking to have a man snap these shots of me every now and then.
if you haven't hit up your local old navy or target lately, be sure not to pass them by. the price is unbeatable! your parents when you were 8th grade will thank you because they're still waiting for that "i told you so" when you threw a fit about having to shop in old navy.
oh, was that just me?
what can i say? i had my heart set on american eagle and abercrombie when i was 13 and my parents were still paying for my clothes. flash forward to 26 and it's a whole other story.
